Wolfs is an enjoyable film, made all the better by the dynamic performances of its two stars, Brad Pitt and George Clooney. Both characters take their craft very seriously, and one fateful night, they’re called to fix the same situation. What follows is a humorous game of one-upmanship, with their serious demeanors hilariously clashing with the outright silliness of their antics.
One subtle yet intriguing detail that stood out to me is how Pitt’s character is portrayed as significantly younger than Clooney’s, despite their real-life age difference being just two years. This adds an amusing layer to their rivalry, showcasing the film’s attention to character dynamics.
While Wolfs delivers plenty of laughs and charm, it doesn’t quite reach the iconic status of something like Ocean’s 11. However, fans of that film will find a similar sense of levity and camaraderie here. It’s solid, entertaining, and worth a watch, even if it may not leave a lasting impression over time.
