Charlie’s Angels (2019) 🤩

I loved this soooo much! Sure, the IMDb or TMDB scores might suggest otherwise, but for me, Charlie’s Angels is a fantastic film.

Let me clear the air on a couple of things. First, I don’t believe in guilty pleasures. We love what we love, and there’s no shame in that. Second, I haven’t seen any other movie or TV show in the Charlie’s Angels universe, so I’m not comparing this to anything.

So, why did I love it? Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska make the perfect Angels. They take their jobs seriously, yet the film itself doesn’t take itself too seriously—and that balance is key. The action scenes are on point, and the one-liners sprinkled throughout add just the right amount of fun. Elizabeth Banks, who both wrote and directed, delivered exactly what I didn’t know I needed.

Pop some popcorn, gather your friends, and get ready for a super solid, wildly entertaining movie night!
